EAU-SECOURS-BRIANCONNAIS is an association governed by the law of 01-07-1901.
It was founded on January 23, 2007 following the delegation of public service (DSP) of the sanitation service granted to the SEERC (Lyonnaise des Eaux) in February 2006, in all discretion! On reading this contract, it appeared that many clauses were to the disadvantage of users. We can speak of a leonine contract. It is very difficult to go back on the mistakes made, however, this contract gives the elected officials many possibilities and obligations of control in its application. We will therefore be very vigilant that they exercise their prerogatives in the interest of users and in total transparency.
